Upon receipt of your request to “MAKE AN OFFER” our team of licensed REALTORs ® will prepare a legal offer for presentation to the seller, using mandatory New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA) documents, and you will receive these agreements for review and signature via DOCUSIGN.

You will also be required to sign a Buyers Agreement in order to give our team authority to represent your interest in this transaction.
