Bob says: “I’ve had a lifelong fascination with real estate. Since my early 20s, I’ve owned, renovated, improved, restored, redecorated and sold 17 houses in Nova Scotia, Ontario, PEI, and New Brunswick. It’s been my hobby. I usually spend my vacation time chasing great neighborhoods and architecture, at least when I’m not searching for good food and beverage. Saint John has been a complete fascination for me, largely due to the handsome assortment of heritage buildings and their history and architecture. Along the way, I’ve learned how to buy and sell, how houses are put together, and how to see the real potential and get the maximum value in every property.
In 2003, I was given significant recognition for my renovation, decorating, and historic preservation hobby, when Victorian Homes magazine, with circulation throughout North America, featured my home in an eight-page feature story. It felt like I had made it to the Olympics of home improvement!
So after over 35 years of customer service experience gained in the retail industry, I have combined my passion for buying, selling, and restoring property together with my enthusiasm for helping others find solutions to their needs.
